This hotel was in an excellent location for visiting the Cite, it was very reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was extreemly clean, spottless, the rooms, en-suite, lobby, out by the pool, I did not see a single speck of dirt anywhere in the hotel. Also the shuttle bus from the airport stops right outside the hotel.
The rooms are a little on the small side but the location, staff and cleanliness of the hotel makes up for this.

Pleasantly suprised at the standard of the hotel facilities for the price of the room. On the doorstep of the old city, The safe parking area. Adequate room size for a short stay with good facilities in room. English speaking receptionist.
My french is to tourist standard so a least bbc news on the television would have been useful.

Location, location, location. Great value. Clean. Nice bathroom and sundries provided.
No elevator. Very hard to move luggage from lobby to rooms. Smallish rooms. Still a work in progress, which was an inconvenience, which will, of course, be eliminated when all work is finished.

The hotel was generally very good, comfortable and modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good for the castle and the main sites as well as being on the main bus route for the return journey to carcassonne airport. The room we had overlooked the side street and therefore we had a partial view of the castle. The only negative was that it was noisy due to traffic passing close to the building and pedestrian traffic if the window was left open. Breakfast was very pleasant and the hotel was clean, modern and well appointed.

Our hotel was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated having 2 beds. We especially liked that it was a five minute walk up to the fortress/castle.
The faucets for the tub/shower were quite difficult to turn. They are very modern and look nice, but I was grateful I have no arthritis in my hands.

Great decor. Secure parking.
We heard the steady hum of the clothes dryer in our room. It stopped about 6 pm. After that it was very quit all night.

The hotel is charming, with a great vibe and friendly staff. Rooms are cozy, though some could use a bit more space. The location is terrific, just a short walk to the main attractions. Breakfast is good but pricey for what’s offered. A pleasant experience worth considering.

Lovely hotel, in an excellant location for visiting the old city. Swimming pool was also enjoyed in between site seeing and eating out. Family room was small and compact, and ideal for our two day visit.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was quite small but comfortable and the air conditioning was very efficient which was a blessing as the weather was very hot. The location was ideal as it was only a short walk from the medieval cite and the castle and a twenty-minute walk to the centre of the town. The airport shuttle bus stopped right outside the hotel.

The location was excellent, being just steps
Away from the historic center, made our family exploration effortless. We found the rooms to be quite cramped was nice. The decor was modern but felt a bit tight for our family of four.
